The entire production chain of our bag fabrics begins with fiber yarn spinning. These raw natural and chemical fibers are firstly processed into uniform, high-tensile yarns through professional spinning equipment. The thickness, density and toughness of the yarn are precisely adjusted according to the final bag usage demand. After yarn spinning, we adopt three mainstream weaving processes to produce different styles and functional fabrics: knitting, plain weaving and circular loom weaving. Woven fabric through plain weaving features tight texture, strong wear resistance and stable shape retention, not easy to deform after long-term use. Knitted fabric has soft elasticity, good ductility and comfortable hand feel, with fine and neat surface texture, perfect for lightweight gift bags, cosmetic pouches and fashion promotional bags with high appearance requirements.
