Implementation Method

In order to ensure the scientific, accuracy and fairness of our final random inspection, Fondofold Bags has formulated a detailed and strict implementation procedure. The inspection is carried out in strict accordance with standardized steps, and our internal quality control standards are stricter than the general industry level to fully guarantee product stability and consistency for every order.

First step: Set the sampling ratio

We refer to the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Sampling Plan Table Ⅱ, the industry standard generally adopts Critical 0; Major 2.5; Minor 4.0, while our internal standard is Critical 0; Major 1.5; Minor 4.0. This means that we have zero tolerance for critical defects (such as toxic materials, serious insulation failure), and a lower acceptance level for major defects (such as obvious seam problems, size deviation exceeding the standard), ensuring that the product quality is more reliable.

For example, if an order is 5,000 pieces, according to the AQL Sampling Plan, the sample size is 200 pieces. According to the bag industry standard, the acceptance level is Critical 0, Major 10, Minor 14. However, our internal acceptance level is Critical 0, Major 7, Minor 14. If the number of major defects in the sample exceeds 7, the entire batch of products will be re-inspected, and unqualified products will be reworked or scrapped.

Second step: Inspection Preparation

Before the inspection commences, the assigned inspector must fully prepare all necessary inspection tools and equipment in advance. These include tape measures, weighing scales, friction testers, water spray testers, thermometers, standardized test objects, and official inspection record forms. Every tool is checked for proper functioning to avoid interruptions during testing. All inspection instruments are regularly calibrated and verified in strict accordance with formal quality management system requirements. This thorough preparation ensures measurement accuracy, reduces errors, and guarantees that all inspection results are stable, reliable, consistent, and fully traceable for quality records.

Third step: Implementation of Inspection

The inspectors conduct a one-by-one inspection on the selected cooler bags in accordance with the predetermined inspection content and standards, and fill in the inspection records in detail. For each inspection item, the inspectors will mark "qualified" or "unqualified", and record the specific problems of unqualified products (such as "zipper jamming", "seam skipping thread" and so on) with clear descriptions and photos for traceability. If there is any doubt about the inspection result, the inspectors will conduct a re-inspection immediately, and if necessary, organize a team of professionals to conduct joint inspection to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the inspection result.

Fourth step: Result Analysis

Once the inspection is completed, our professional QC team will carefully tally and systematically analyze all inspection results. We will accurately calculate the defect rate and evaluate the overall quality of the entire batch against strict internal acceptance criteria. All detected defects will be thoroughly reviewed, classified by their root causes including raw materials, workmanship, and operational issues, as well as graded by their severity level to ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement.

If defects are within the acceptable limit, the batch is approved for packing and shipment.
If defects exceed the limit, a full re-inspection will be conducted.
If the re-inspection fails, defective items will be reworked and re-inspected until compliant.
If rework is not feasible, the batch will be rejected and scrapped, with accountability followed up.

Final step: Report Writing

After the inspection and result analysis, the inspectors will write a detailed inspection report, which includes sampling conditions (sampling ratio, sample size, sampling position), inspection content, inspection results (qualified number, unqualified number, unqualified rate, specific unqualified problems), result analysis and treatment opinions (such as qualified for delivery, rework and re-inspection, scrapping). The inspection report is signed by the inspectors and the quality control manager, and filed for future reference, providing a basis for subsequent quality control and continuous improvement. Our internal QC report is showing as below:
